How it works

From album cover to 3D printable relief in DepthNote3D.

DepthNote3D gives search engines and users a clear, crawlable workflow: select music artwork, generate a model-generated depth map, preview the relief shape, then export STL or 3MF files for 3D printing.

Step 1

Choose album artwork or upload an image

Start with album cover art, music artwork, poster-style graphics, or another image you have the rights to use.

Step 2

Generate a depth map

DepthNote3D estimates visual depth and creates a grayscale map where brighter and darker areas can become raised or recessed geometry.

Step 3

Preview the 3D relief model

Adjust detail strength, smoothing, base thickness, width, height, and other settings before creating the printable mesh.

Step 4

Export STL or color 3MF

Use STL for broad single-color 3D printing support or 3MF when a color-capable workflow and modern slicer metadata are useful.

Formats

DepthNote3D output is designed for slicers and printers

STL files are widely accepted for mesh-based printing. 3MF files can preserve richer print data and color intent. DepthNote3D supports both so creators can choose the export type that matches their printer, slicer, and project.
