This Commercial License Agreement explains the commercial usage rights included with an active Commercial Studio subscription. It is designed for creators, studios, and businesses using DepthNote3D outputs in professional workflows.
Overview
Commercial Studio is the DepthNote3D plan that includes commercial usage rights. These rights apply to generated outputs created through DepthNote3D while your Commercial Studio subscription is active and in good standing.
This agreement works together with the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy.
Commercial Rights Granted
While your Commercial Studio subscription is active, DepthNote3D grants you permission to use generated outputs commercially, including the right to:
- Sell physical printed products made from DepthNote3D outputs.
- Use generated outputs in commercial projects, commissions, or client work.
- Use outputs in monetized content, creator businesses, and professional portfolios.
- Use outputs as part of commercial-ready 3D printing and production workflows.
Restrictions
Commercial Studio does not grant unlimited resale or platform rights. You may not:
- Resell raw STL, 3MF, depth map, preview, or generated files.
- Redistribute exported files as standalone digital products.
- Upload generated files to STL, 3D model, print-file, or digital asset marketplaces.
- Use outputs, previews, or generated files to train competing depth-estimation or 3D generation systems.
- Build competing services, platforms, datasets, or automation products using outputs.
- Mass automate, scrape, or otherwise abuse the platform or its generation systems.
Ownership
You own the generated outputs created from your lawful uploads, subject to any rights that may still exist in the source material you provided. You are responsible for making sure you have the rights needed to upload and use the source content.
DepthNote3D does not claim ownership of your lawful generated outputs. DepthNote3D may still use outputs, previews, and related images for marketing or demonstrations as described in the Terms of Service.
Subscription Requirement
Commercial rights remain valid only while your Commercial Studio subscription is active.
If the subscription expires, is cancelled, is refunded, or is terminated, the commercial license immediately ends. A Free plan, Pro Creator subscription, credit pack, or 3MF Lifetime Unlock does not grant commercial rights.
Post-Termination Requirements
After the commercial license ends, you must stop commercial use of affected outputs. This includes:
- Removing related commercial listings and product pages.
- Stopping sales of affected physical products.
- Stopping commercial distribution, promotion, or client delivery of affected outputs.
Existing obligations to clients or customers are your responsibility. DepthNote3D is not responsible for business commitments made after your commercial license ends.
Enforcement
DepthNote3D may investigate suspected misuse of commercial rights or violation of this agreement. Failure to comply may result in:
- Account suspension or termination.
- Takedown requests for listings, products, or files.
- Legal action where applicable.
Limitation of Liability
DepthNote3D provides automated generation tools and does not guarantee that any output is fit for a particular commercial purpose, free from third-party claims, or suitable for any specific manufacturing process.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DepthNote3D is not liable for lost revenue, lost listings, business interruption, client disputes, takedowns, or other losses connected to your use of generated outputs.
Changes
DepthNote3D may update this Commercial License Agreement as the service, pricing, or commercial features evolve. Continued use of Commercial Studio after an update means you accept the updated agreement.
